Independent sellers
Mega Bazar is being developed as a marketplace for independent shops. Product and seller identity must be clear to buyers.
Accurate listings
Sellers must provide accurate prices, condition, stock, images, specifications, delivery preparation time and warranty information. They must have rights to the products and uploaded content.
Allowed products
Counterfeit, illegal, dangerous and otherwise prohibited products must not be listed. The final restricted-product policy and category-specific verification requirements remain to be approved.
Approval and verification
A saved draft is not a public shop or product. Admin approval and any verified badge require real checks and a connected moderation system. A badge is not a product guarantee.
Delivery, returns and payments
Seller delivery responsibilities, return rules, refund handling, payment processing, commissions and payout schedules must be published clearly before transactions under the marketplace model are enabled. No universal 30-day return or free delivery promise is made here.
Ratings and reviews
Reviews should reflect actual experiences. Purchase verification must be derived from eligible orders, not selected by a seller or assumed from a submitted review.
Customer data
Sellers should use buyer details only for the relevant order and permitted support. Enabling seller WhatsApp makes that contact number available to buyers.
Support and disputes
A dedicated marketplace support channel remains to be configured. A final dispute process, suspension policy and legal terms must be reviewed and approved before public launch.
